1. Valuexpose, Inc. (“Valuexpose” or “we” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy when you use our services and provide information to us. We restrict access to personal information to Valuexpose employees, contractors and agents who need to know such information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to comply with such obligations.

15. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to third parties or any services offered by third parties.

16. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints that we cannot resolve with our users directly.

17. Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
