The mobile application
gives the appraiser a head start on the Development and Reporting of the appraisal while performing the property inspection.
On any device
The appraiser will have access to the ValueXpose appraised project’s icon which has a button labeled “InspectionChecklist”.
This checklist has
all the items the appraiser should be considering forthe appraisal
Each item will automatically
take the user directly to the report writer section for the user to fill out while out while at the inspection site and district.
Auto Populate Appraisal Report
The appraiser’s on-site answers will auto populate the entire appraisal report if these answers are required one or more times throughout the appraisal report.
Fill out additional fields
The appraiser can then press the “Available Codes” button to fill out all other auto populated answers that are need in a single dropdown
Collaborators
All collaborators will see these answers in real time.
Property’s Photos and Videos
Includes the ability to take photos and/or videos on a mobile device and incorporate those photos and/or videos to the Property’s Database with flexibility to include/exclude within appraisal assignments (some photos for reference only, others used within report).
Viewing the finishing report
The mobile application has the ability to record videos and provide direct hyperlinks for viewing for the finished report.
Annotate media and metadata
The mobile application includes the ability to annotate photos with comments, tag location and direction of photos directly from the app.
Record voice memos
The application also includes the ability to record voice memos and attach to property records.
Capture Photos
If comparable properties are attached to an assignment, the mobile app can capture photos of the comparable properties and map in the mobile application to the correct appraisal.
Online appraisal
To support junior appraisers, the mobile application follows the appraisal process both in the development of the appraisal (valuation) and also the reporting of the appraisal that are both included on the mobile application that acts as a guided inspection and reminders to observe relevant property features.
