Next, the appraiser can select “All Analysts” in our pool or select specific analysts they prefer to work with.

The appraiser can set a time the request must be completed by the analysts based on your time zone.

The appraiser can give the analyst(s) text or voice comments along with adding any information the analysts might need.

Once the appraiser submits the request, our analysts will respond within 10 minutes and will begin working simultaneously on the requested sections in teams.

The platform accommodates multiple simultaneous users (linear and non-linear) contributions for the development of an Appraisal report (Valuation) and Reporting of the Appraisal

The 6 to 8 hours it might take an appraiser to complete the delegated report sections by themselves now only takes 2 hours for our teams of analysts to complete.
