Search Capabilities
The client portal has the ability to search for specific criteria to find previous appraisals by a defined set of parameters.
Summary of valuation
A summary and digital file exchange of the subject’s value opinion is listed on the portal for a subject property. Each value opinion is reversed engineered into over 127+ metrics and UOC representing the collective market’s forecasts that make up the present value of the appraiser’s value opinion.
Client’s Portal
Directly on the client’s portal the client can be allowed to change any one of the 127+ collective market’s metrics and forecasts which will remotely trigger the valuation engine and calculates a new “Investment Value” for the subject property.
Tracking over time
In instances where a Subject Property is appraised multiple times for the same Client (e.g., Investor Client), the portal has the ability to generate customized tables summarizing changes in key valuation drivers and market forecasts relative to prior period (and tracking over multiple periods, if applicable).
Key Valuation
Key valuation drivers may include leasing inputs, operating statistics, and capital markets assumptions and a host of other collective market forecasts give the most advanced business intelligence.
Customized
Generates customized “data tapes” summarizing key inputs and valuation results.
Delivers
Portal delivers Draft reports to a Client that includes the “Live” development (valuation) of the appraisal and all the methodologies used.
Web Platform
A web platform to facilitate commentary from Client to Appraiser.
Web Platform
A web platform as repository of historical appraisals prepared for Client all in a single folder, with ability to search/filter by specific property, property type, geography, reporting period and other relevant filters
Interface
for Clients and Appraisers that tracks outstanding items in respective user workflows (items waiting approval, missing items, work completion status, etc.)
