Raymond Dozier, MAI
Ray Dozier – Founder and CEO
Mr. Dozier has more than 43 years of appraisal experience and is a 40 year life member of the Appraisal Institute. He is a designated MAI member (the Appraisal Institutes highest designation) and also is a licensed real estate broker for more than 40 years. He graduated in 1975 from the University of Kentucky with a bachelors degree in business administration.
Raymond is the president of Dozier Appraisal Company, founded in 1980, which specializes in complex real property and business valuations.
He is also the founder and CEO of Valuexpose Inc., an enterprise software company specialized in patent pending valuation tools that will help prevent devastating speculative real estate bubbles from ever again forming throughout free market economies worldwide.
Mr. Dozier has extensive expertise in valuation of all types of complex real property interests and of closely-held businesses. His company has completed over 10,000 commercial real property appraisals and thousands of multi-family and single family dwellings during his career. Mr. Dozier has extensively testified as an expert witness in Superior, US District and Federal Bankruptcy Court concerning valuation issues. He also served as a guest instructor at The University of Kentucky teaching corporate finance and the time value of money methodologies.
Mr. Dozier’s clients include major legal and accounting firms; regional, national and Wall Street lending institutions; government agencies; schools; cities; utilities; hospitals; fortune 500 corporations; non-profit organizations; insurance corporations; major architectural firms; airports; famous Napa wineries/vineyards; and internationally known thoroughbred
racehorse farms.
Mr. Dozier resides in Southern California (Palm Springs area) and has held certified general appraisal licenses (Appraisal Foundation’s highest appraisal license) in California, Washington State and Arizona.

Francisco J. Miranda
Francisco Miranda – Founder and CEO
Francisco joined Ray Dozier in 2012 to co-found Valuexpose Inc. and have been part of the team since then. He is the company’s Chief Technology Officer, in charge of Software and Web Development. He has more than 22 years of experience in IT, sales, marketing and advertising, out of which he spent 18 years in e-marketing and electronic products generation.
He holds a Marketing Professional Degree from San Ignacio de Loyola Institute (Peru), and an Advanced Business Management (MBA equivalent) diploma from ESAN Graduated Business School (Peru), both times graduated with the highest honors. His thesis about “Internet usage for commercial purposes and market research” (1996) was one of the first of its type in South America. He also has 4 other different professional certifications in management, business planning, information technologies and customer service from other prestigious organizations.
Francisco founded and managed the first “E-Business Online Forum” for executives and entrepreneurs in Peru in 1996, and was part of the team of the Peruvian Institute of Electronic Commerce (IPCE) that prepared recommendations on Internet Implementation for the elected President of Peru in 2001.
He was the head of the team that developed the Online Yellow pages website for Telefonica
Group in Peru, as well as the first series of alternative and paper-supplementary electronic products for the same company. He taught and lectured Strategic Marketing and E-Business in important universities and business schools for more than 6 years in Peru. He has also been a writer of marketing and e-commerce articles for newspapers and business publications, as well as a panelist and guest in different Internet Marketing Congresses and Technology related TV shows and segments from 1998 to 2002.
He has been residing in California for the last 13 years, where he has been a partner with Intellimarketing Associates and Fast Return Marketing Inc., both of them advertising, graphic design and websites development firms.
He published in 2011 “Tenga su propio negocio en USA y hágalo exitoso” (Open your own business in the USA and make it successful), a practical book that serves as a manual for Hispanic people to open small businesses and become entrepreneurs.


Jean Manuel Basualdo Pillaca
Jean Manuel Basualdo Pillaca – Lead Developer
Jean has more than 12 years of experience in software development addressing requirements for various companies in sectors with the financial, banking in general, architecture oriented services and web / mobile applications.
Jean founded ARQUEA, a custom software development company that has been an important partner for the development of ValuExpose since its inception.
Jean has had an interest in programming and development since he was very young, he studied at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and immediately afterwards started working as a programmer to later become CEO of his company and now he works as LEAD DEVELOPER and SYSTEM ARCHITECT for ValuExpose.

José Santillán
José Santillán – Core Developer
José has 7 years of experience as a systems developer and extensive experience in web and mobile application development, site architectures (wireframes, sitemaps, user interaction scenarios and prototypes).
José has developed different projects, from Cloud solutions to conceptualization and development of mobile applications.
For 4 years he has been a project leader with our client of Banco de Credito del Peru, where we develop software and automation of financial processes.
Santillán is one of our main core programmers of the ValuExpose platform, is linked from the beginning where he has made important contributions and has achieved a broad understanding of the real estate sector.

Carlos Henry Del Águila Ríos
Carlos del Águila – Developer
Del Águila has 6 years of experience as a developer of different platforms and custom systems in Arquea.
He graduated as a Systems and Information Engineer in 2014 and has been working on projects for clients from different industries in Peru.
He participated for a year as a BI Developer Analyst at Banco de Credito del Peru and helped José Santillán to automate processes.
Focused on applied technology, his extensive experience as a developer analyst has allowed us to meet and meet the needs of our clients and achieve an important focus in the development of customized software.

Alejandro Belleza Paredes
Alejandro Belleza – Developer
Alejandro is a Bachelor in Computer Engineering, has 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator. It manages the different technological platforms used by Arquea, in charge of accelerating development through continuous integration, automation and deployment of projects in environments with high availability to meet the demanding demands of today.

María Bellido – Developer
María has been working for 9 years as a graphic designer with experience in user and interaction (UI UX), has extensive experience in web design, branding, design, prototypes for apps, web development developing user experience (UX) and interaction user (UI).
Graduated from the School of Art and Design ESANTEC participates in the projects of Arquea, from the conception of these to the modification to new changes and updates.
